Tree Frog is another creation from PaintingsByDarren. This multi media piece incorporates acrylic paint and inks as well as metal foil used to create the dragonflies. The cool and rich color palette would make a GREAT addition to any room in the home. Special thanks to Deb and Jess for the cropping suggestion that REALLY makes the frog "POP".
About Darren Robinson
I have been drawing and painting for almost 50 years now starting with that first box of Crayola 64 crayons I received when I was five years old. Over the years I experimented with pencils, markers, pastels, oils, acrylics, inks, and mixed media. I was and still am a HUGE fan of such Fantasy Artists as Boris Vallejo, Frank Frazetta, Larry Elmore, and Keith Parkinson, just to name a few. I often would sit and draw fantasy creatures and castles along with some surrealistic landscape visions. About 25 years ago I started learning to airbrush and added that to my repertoire.
